I used to live in Upstate New York and my father would bring me there as a child. Now I am an adult & I still get my cheese curds from hear. It is the best cheese curds I have ever had. It even squeaks as you eat it. Well I have since moved to Florida and now I order it online.

I used to live in the area in the sixties and we used to stop in Colosse and pick up a bag of curds on our way to Syracuse to work. It was the best curds ever. I have since moved to Texas and even though the curd in no longer produced in Colosse it is still the best. I order the large bag whenever I get a yearning for good curds. Great stuff
